General Policy

A Vintage Tiara would like to make your shopping experience wonderful. We have so many one-of-a kind items that we know you will love.  We take extra care in inspecting each product. We will describe each piece as best we can.  Fading, chips, nicks, and discolorations are normal for vintage finds.  Due to the nature of our items all sales are final and nonrefundable.  Please ask questions before you purchase.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  Please take a moment to read our policies before placing your order.  Thank you.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We will gladly accept major credit cards through our secure online server.  Money orders and personal checks are also welcome.   Please allow 10 working days for checks to clear.

Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days, all items will be returned to inventory and re-listed for sale.

There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Shipping

We are located in Tucson, Arizona. We ship most items with UPS or USPS insured.  Larger items will be handled through Fed Ex or UPS and will have additional shipping charges.  We only ship within the U.S. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Privacy Policy

A Vintage Tiara respects your privacy.  We will not share information with third parties.  Our shopping cart provider is PayPal.  Your information is processed through PayPal's secure servers and your privacy is protected by PayPal's SSL technology.
